HOW TO USE MESSAGING
Voxer or WhatsApp (free messaging app) is used for this add on.
Contact me when your energy is off or even in flow! Please keep voice memos at a minimum of up to 2 minutes in length.
Texts/voice memos should focus on one topic per check-in.
Messaging responses will arrive 7 days a week between 10am-7pm MTN, and responses will come within 24 hours time, but usually same day.
This is messaging for those moments when you cannot rebalance or understand your energy, or cannot perceive a situation and need that rerouting. Also when you need those confirmations!
